This doesnt happen by chance. Golden Cenarth is somewhere between an Epoisses and a Vacherin Mont D’Or, and can be baked in much the same was as the latter to make a fantastic starter for two! What’s it taste like? Golden Cenarth is washed in cider to produce quite a mild taste when young but developing a stronger pungency with maturity. Where’s it from? Made by Caws Cenarth in Camarthenshire. Golden Cenarth comes in a wooden case and weighs approx. 250g
