This new cheese from them is made in the style of a St Maure but with a much more complex and more interesting taste. What’s it like taste? Driftwood is produced by the masters at White Lake Cheeses in Bagborough, Somerset, a stones throw from the Glastonbury festival site. The goat’s milk is thermised and suitable for vegetarians.
