Beautiful looking, white-as-snow, goats cheese log with a smooth lactic flavour. Ragstone is excellent grilled.   What’s it taste like? Ragstone is a unpasteurised soft log-shaped goat’s cheese which takes its name from Ragstone ridge from when Neal’s Yard Creamery was based in Kent. Where’s it from? Made by the Neal’s Yard Creamery in Herefordshire. Ragstone is a 200g log-shaped whole cheese.

Golden Cross is a gorgeously creamy goats cheese thats a bit sweeter than others. It has the perfect texture and is so versatile that it dares you to be adventurous in the kitchen with it. If you create a new recipe for this brilliant cheese why not add it to the reviews. What’s it taste like? Golden Cross is based on a French style of cheese but coated in ash over which an edible white mould rind develops, a fine soft texture and delicate flavour. Where’s it from? Made by Kevin and Alison Blunt of the Golden Cross Cheese company at their farm at Whitesmith, East Sussex. Golden Cross is wrapped as a log-shaped whole cheese of 250g.
